30 Million Contextual-Driven Conversations and Counting…
The story of over 30 million contextual conversations is one of a journey that has just begun.
LitmusWorld was set up in October 2015 to leverage cutting edge technology in order to simplify conversations between enterprises and their stakeholders. This creates meaningful relationships that would help even the largest and most competent of organizations deliver superior results.
We believe individual stakeholders face difficulty in their interactions with organizations, not for want of trying on either side, but because having conversations at scale is difficult. Context and Structure would help – timeliness, simplicity, authenticity and relevance would improve the impact of what we deliver.
Stakeholders, we believed, had emotions after every interaction with the organisation. And sound reasons for feeling the way they did. But unless things were bad, or, more rarely, wonderfully good, it just wasn’t worth their effort to tell organizations how they felt and why. Or for that matter, actively take conversations to the next level and hence build relationships. If things were bad enough though, unpleasant comments on social media were just a few key strokes away.

Or for that matter, actively take contextual conversations to the next level and hence build relationships. If things are bad enough though, unpleasant comments on social media are just a few key strokes away.
Hence, while we implement a variety of conversations at LitmusWorld, one of the first we recommend is the simple question; “How did things go?”
Whether the question is asked of customers, prospects, employees, suppliers, students, citizens or other stakeholders, the resulting conversation is inevitably enlightening and transformational for the organization. As a part of our solutions, we enable our clients to respond to their stakeholders and fix root causes to issues or, build on what they do well in real-time.
This ability – to easily and relevantly create contextual conversations with stakeholders, appears to be a universal need for organizations like yours. We have now, less than two years into our journey, driven transformational value to over 100 businesses across 11 countries today, growing from initiating 1000 conversations a month when we began to 6.5 million conversations last month.
Our team has grown too, and each one of us remains committed to a single goal, client success. We now have a team of 90 champions working for clients from across the world. People trusted to be partners in delivering actionable insights and measurable outcomes by businesses of a global scale across 20 industries. To do so, they leverage our world-class customer experience and relationship management, employee engagement and performance marketing solutions.
Aside from client success, which lies at the heart of our business, our other core mantras are mobile first and simplicity. Our user interfaces are intuitive, simple, quick and deliver tremendous value to all stakeholders. They draw on the near-universal ubiquity of the mobile phone for both our clients and their stakeholders.
Our dream is to drive a billion conversations per month, structured to transform thousands of organizations globally, delivering client success to each one of them. We would love for you to be next on the list.
